My name is Mark, currently at Monash University's Architecture Department doing my final year of my master’s degree in architecture. I started my journey with a lady called Ms. Rukia Lwanyaga, very good and knowledgeable about Australia. She guided me and my parents and my brother who is currently at the University of Sydney in New South Wales, through the whole process from application to the universities, to the visas, and documents all the way to accommodation recommendations, pre-departure briefings, which made our first years in Australia very smooth. She did this selflessly and the whole process was seamless. I write to commend for you for the good work and relentlessness that allowed me and my brother to reach this far.
